Warm Leads Die Fast: Activating the Scan Before It Cools

A scan is the warmest signal a physical campaign can produce. The prospect is holding your flyer, standing in front of your sign, looking at your card. They have already chosen to engage. Most businesses then make them wait.

Warm-lead activation collapses the gap. The scan flows into your CRM tagged with the placement, an automation greets the prospect, and the salesperson sees the lead while it is still warm. The follow-up references the placement explicitly: "Saw you scanned our card at the show on Thursday."
