What GetLinkPunch is

GetLinkPunch is a marketing attribution tool. It tracks anonymous clicks and scans on your short links and QR codes so you can see which physical marketing campaigns drive real customers.

What we collect

Account data you give us: email, display name, business name, and password.

Click data when someone clicks one of your tracked links: the time, country, device type, browser, referring page, and any UTM parameters on the URL.

We do not store raw IP addresses. Where we need to count unique visitors, we keep a one-way hashed value that cannot be reversed back to an IP.

What we do with it

• Show you analytics and reports for your own account.
• Match clicks to bookings or sales when you connect a supported CRM.
• Operate, secure, and improve the product.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Sharing

We share data only with the infrastructure providers we use to host the product (cloud hosting, database, error monitoring) and with CRMs you explicitly connect. We do not share customer data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your data, your control

You can edit or delete your account data at any time from Settings. To export or fully delete your account, email support@linkpunch.io, and we will handle it within 30 days.

Cookies

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies and local storage entries to keep you signed in and remember UI preferences. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
