Using GetLinkPunch

By creating an account you agree to these terms. Use GetLinkPunch only for legitimate marketing of products and services that you are authorized to promote. You are responsible for the destinations your links point to and for the content of your QR codes.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Send links to malware, phishing pages, or illegal content.
• Harass, defraud, or impersonate anyone.
• Attempt to disrupt the service, bypass rate limits, or access other accounts.
• Resell short-link redirects to third parties without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you upload (link titles, destination URLs, QR designs). You grant us a limited license to host and display that content as needed to operate the service.

Plans and billing

Every account starts with a $1, 14-day trial that unlocks full Business-tier access. After the trial, paid plans are billed in advance on a quarterly or yearly cycle — we do not offer monthly billing. You can cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support.

Service availability

We work hard to keep GetLinkPunch available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, change features, or discontinue parts of the product over time.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetLinkPunch is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or in the app before they take effect.
